Mission: ElderFit Physical Therapy & Consulting provides high quality
care, education and consultation services for adults and organizations in

Victoria (Vicki) Tilley

​Vicki Tilley PT - Geriatric Clinical Specialist

Vicki Tilley is a distinguished graduate of the University of Delaware and has been a Geriatric Certified Specialist since 1997. With a passion for promoting health and wellness, Vicki serves as the Health Director for Special Olympics North Carolina (SONC). In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of health, wellness, and fitness activities, as well as Healthy Athletes screenings, benefiting 45,000 athletes across the state.


As the owner of ElderFit Physical Therapy and Consulting, Vicki focuses on providing care and consulting services for individuals and communities, with a special emphasis on fall prevention. Her
extensive experience includes serving as a Global Clinical Consultant and co-founder of the FUNfitness Screening program for Special Olympics International from 1999 to 2023, where she played a pivotal role in the program's global growth and implementation.

Vicki has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and APTANC for 37 years, contributing to various professional sections and academies and holding numerous leadership positions. She recently completed a three-year term as a Director on the APTA Board of Directors.

​Passion for Dance

​

Vicki has always had a love for dance and has been a dedicated student of ballroom dancing for the past two years. She is thrilled to bring her expertise in safe exercise practices to the world of ballroom dancing, helping participants prevent pain and potential injuries.

Channing Dyson

Channing Dyson, PT, DPT

​

Channing Dyson graduated with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Winston-Salem State University. Her work as a clinician primarily focuses on falls prevention, functional mobility training, and pain management for a range of orthopedic, neurological, and clinical geriatric conditions. She greatly enjoys helping seniors access the resources they need to safely age in place, from health & wellness practices, equipment needs, home modifications, and more! She serves clients in their homes, as well as our clinic location at Active Bodez gym.
