STRONG & STEADY at THE PASSMORE
Instructor - Vicki Tilley PT, GCS

Strong and Steady focuses on full-body strengthening and balance exercises using exercise bands, hand weights, and ankle weights. The class incorporates exercises that are reviewed and recommended by evidence-based programs like A Matter of Balance, Fit and Strong, and the Otago balance program.
Class is guided by a licensed physical therapist who will help modify exercises as needed. It is great for beginners as well as advanced exercisers.

BALANCE, BODY, and BRAIN at ACTIVE BODIEZ

Balance, Body, and Brain addresses your strength, coordination, and stability for promoting improved balance and less risk for injury and falls. This class incorporates static and dynamic balance activities, as well as lower extremity and core strengthening exercises using exercise bands, dumbbells, and ankle weights. Class is guided by a licensed physical therapist who will help modify each activity as needed. It is great for beginners as well as advanced exercisers.​​
